Richard Schaefer just said that Floyd is fighting on March 13. So fighting Floyd won't happen then.

If (and that's a big if) this fight happened, Mosley even though he's a bit past his prime would have a great chance to beat Mayweather by close decision or perhaps a late stoppage. However, Mosely's too dangerous for Mayweather to ever fight because he's more concerned with keeping that zero.Comment

I'm usually good at predictions, but this one was very hard for me! Mayweather's defense is second to none! He is the greatest defensive fighter of our era; he's slick, quick, and it's very hard to hit him with a clean shot! Mosley has always struggled against great defensive fighters and slick boxers, Winky Wright being one of them! We also have to take into account that he's no longer in his prime and he did put on a good performance against Margaritto but Floyd is not going to go toe to toe with you and give Mosley the opportunities that Margaritto gave Mosley to land effectively! It's very hard to get through Mayweather's defense! Mosley may bully him because he's bigger but I think with Mayweather footwork, and ability to dodge punches and his great defense which makes him hard to hit, and his quick counter punching, I think he will pick Mosley apart and win on points by a UD but it'll be a good fight!Comment
