He was cleaning Margarito's clock until he broke his hand and without that first round flash knockdown he would have beaten Cotto.
woot solid post BPP! I could not have said that any better!

imagine if they can bring cotto to also fight in the undercard, they could fill that 50k stadium easily and setting up a possible rematch with margarito which is a PPV/Card Headliner by itself ...

the mid to lower end tickets would probably be cheaper than in vegas too.

        they're selling 40-45k tickets compared to 15k.

Clottey is a semi-dangerous opponent. Tough as nails.

Not a defensive master by any means, but tough.

The question is, does anybody believe Arum would sacrifice his biggest money maker against a dangerous opponent?

Is it really that big of a risk Arum is willing to take?

Or is Arum conceding that Manny may retire from the sport soon, so it won't matter to him that much if Clottey pulls an upset?

Clottey may eek out a decision win for all we know.

your right bro, this is a possibility that pacfans are afraid off, that;s why most of us wanted the PBF fight this March!

in May he is running for office and if he wins that, we really dont know what his plans will be..

All you Floyd fans need to stfu about Team Pac duckin the fight. The fight was to be held in Vegas therefore they shouldve followed Vegas Regulations.. NOT Floyd's. If Floyd got his blood testing demands for this fight, then what would stop fighter's after him demanding the same blood testing stipulations. Floyd just needs to stfu, follow nevada's regulations like every other fighter, and fight!

This is obviously Arum's doing. This fight is a joke, and you are a ******* if you think otherwise.

this is typical logic of a hater...a jealous pachater!!
floyd-hatton, floyd-paulie or floyd-jmm is the biggest joke you can get!!

I am from Texas and have been to Cowboys stadium and words cannot explain how amazing that building is. People are going to see the main event and see Pacquiao. I am hispanic and the only way I would pay for that event is for the main event. Quit being a hater!!!!!
                  you nailed equinox alryt!
these haters are chattering they can not defend anymore their hero floyd.

manny letting go of 40M makes floyd hurt the more!
everybody knows that floyd is semi-bankrupt, owes money big time.
gbp advanced him some money that is why gbp now represents floyd.
remember that "hit list" gbp is bragging that floyd will fyt??
matthew hatton and yo paulie are now included in that "s*it list"
his pay against hatton myt tidy him up for the next year or two.

floyd is still on at mgm on 13 march.
hbo will have to decide on which fyt to take.
gbp and hbo got a "sweetheart deal"...... and arum will not take it merely sitting down.
there will be "battle of ppv hits" on march 13!!

clottey will be the same...but kudos to pac for always taking such great risks in his every fyt.
