Does anyone know if he lifted weights? Also, do you know how much?

I think he lifted weights for the Ruiz fight, but I dont know about the others, he also shadowboxed with dumbells, which is great for speed and power

nope, all natural. he would do a lot of pushups, situps, chop wood, that kind of stuff. he claimed he never was into weights.

I read somewhere that when he was young, still with Sr., he did some heavy weights. But when he got with Alton, he eased off of it a little.

I don't know if he did but there is alot of strength training that doesn't require "weights". A medicine ball could be considered a weight.
