Floyd is not using Xylocaine As a PED. He has not had hand problems since Rafael Garcia joined his team almost 10 years ago. Garcia is the same man that wrapped Roberto Duran and Alexis Arguello hands, and because of his expertise the Nevada Athletic Commission asked him to put on a clinic to demonstrate the proper technique for hand wraping. I don't know why a video from 2001 can be considered relevant to Mr. Politician not taking a random test, and walking away from $30-$40 mil?

3: They've never been to a gym

You know, most gyms use heavy duty pain killers in training. And MMA.

Xylocaine is tested heavily in boxing. Loads of guys have failed on it. It's legal in training. Your just not allowed to use it within a week of a bout.

Boxers use it for training injuries, and after they have fought, to recover.

HGH is an issue as urine testing does not show it up.

You know:

Xylocaine is legal
Nevada test heavily for improper use
