Floyd never wanted to fight Pacquiao, what he's doing is just trying to destroy Pacquiao image. Everytime they agree with an issue in the contract, he create another one. Floyd is trying to fight Manny by just making him look bad outside the ring. All this blood testing and issue with everything is just a gay game. If Manny agree to the blood test, he will bring up another issue.
His planning a good fight, in the ring and in the court. Unlucky he could not win any of those.
