hahahahahaha I love it!!! That explains those Morons perfectly. Its one thing to argue that Pac will beat Mayweather, but to argue Pac is right for refusing the tests and doesn't look su****ious, is down right idiotic.

Manny has already agreed to numerous blood tests: at presscon, 24days before the fight, and immediately after the fight. If he were on PED's, do you think he'd even agree to any blood tests whatsoever? He would risk getting caught! Most experts say that traces of this HGH and other PED's remain in the bloodstream for at least 40 days!

But nawh, this is still not enough for Mayweather!

Manny shouldn't have even agreed to any of the above because they were not required by the NSAC but only by the Mayweather commission, but still he was willing to compromise to make the fight.

And some nuts are still saying that Manny destroyed this fight ?! LMAO!!

Actually, according to Victor Conte (the man responsible for distributing steroids to various athletes) mentioned that there are ways of screening PED's with other substances. According to Conte, "for these substances to be utilized at their maximum efficiency, they must be properly cycled and be out of your system by the time competition begins."

Basically it wouldn't be detected by the time fight night comes. Now, I'm not saying that Manny is on something. But if there was a proposition of a 2-week cutoff date, Manny should've accepted that offer to get rid of any doubts that he's on something. It's also a reasonable time to prepare for fight night without properly cycling EPO's/PED's, if for any reason he is on something. 24 days still seem a bit su****ious to me.

Conte also got caught didn't he? So his methods of cheating can be caught one way or another.

Yeah, but he did allow Marion Jones and Tim Montgomery to avoid getting detected with PED's under USADA testing as well. He even said it himself that the only way to know that fighters are clean is through random testing. However, he also mentioned there are also loopholes no matter the cutoff date.
