First thing first, boxers need to take a stand against anyone possibly using steroids. It has tainted baseball records and history. Boxing tests are a joke, PAC needs to take them randomly period just like every boxer as long as they are licensed even with no fight scheduled, random blood tests, if you can find it, there was an interview with roach a couple years back about a possible showdown between mayweather and PAC, roach said PAC could never fight Floyd because when he gains weight he just balloons aka gets fat, now all of sudden this guy is putting on muscle weight. Anyways roach better worry about Clottey, because in my eyes PAC won't beat him, he is to big, to strong, keeps his hands nice and tight in front of his face, and walks you down keeping pressure on you, if PAC knocks this man out and you don't think he is juicing, your an idiot.
