Michael Koncz, the dark horse of Team Pacquiao

Some have accused Koncz of being an agent of Bob Arum, inserted into Team Pacquiao tasked with always keeping Arum in the loop. Others will insist that he is a trusted friend and negotiator of Manny himself.

I'm interested in opinions on where Koncz's loyalty lies. Does he call the shots, or is he just a mere puppet?
