How do you be P4P No. 1 again fighting Marquez / Mathhew or Paulie?

Floyd claims he came back to regain the P4P No. 1 status which he says rightfully belongs to him, by choosing to fight:

    1. an already under-sized Juan Manuel Marquez at a catchweight which he didnt make.

    2. Pacquiao but request for an unprecedented drug test based on unfounded claims. He claims to love boxing yet boxing officials havent found anything illegal in the figther he is facing for him to make the demand. That in itself is disrespect to the organization who oversees his bouts.

    3. either Paulie / Matthew Hatton. I cant even see his most rabid fans even defending him on this.

Just how do you become No. 1 P4P again with these decisions. When he made his comeback Im pretty sure he has concrete plans but this doesnt looks good, its beyond disappointing to say the least.

(No flaming please, would want to hear the May fans on their take on this)

He came back to fight Pacquiao.

he picked Marquez because he gave Pacquiao all sorts of problems and Floyd humiliated him.

He wants to fight Pac but he wants drug testing, pac isnt happy with the arrangements and so the fight is off.

thats pretty much it, it's boxing and we should all be used to this sort of politics

      How?
Easily, since any P4P list is simply subjective vapor.
A little bias or idolatry goes a long way in that environment.

Just try getting folks to agree on a P4P top 10.
Go ahead, I double-dog dare ya...

Come on man. Nobody humiliated Marquez. That would be like Floyd moving up to face Chad Dawson at a 170 catchweight, then having Dawson come in at 175 anyways.

I can see the first two reasons to be valid enough. What about the 3rd one?

It deserves an objective answer. Frankly Im lost for a reason why that fight is even considered.
