That way Floyd wouldn't have even been able to return from retirement because he would fail that test over and over and over again. Then we wouldn't have to deal with Floyd's obviously 100% gay following pitching hypothetical situations in which he schools the like of Mosley, Margarito, Clottey and Cotto. While everyone who lives in the real world knows that he doesn't have the balls to face any of those guys in the first place.
I wish there was a boxing blood test for Cowardese

As you indicate, Floyd failed to take said test against those fighters,
but that doesn't mean he didn't fight live opponents.
His record since un-retirement is shaping up much more poorly:
Juan Manuel Marquez (forced to move up 3 whole weight divisions)
and now apparently the likes of Ricky Hatton's brother, Matthew. -
Pacquiao is fighting Clottey, Mayweather is probably gonna fight Malignaggi or Matthew Hatton. That just says it all really. There is already such a test: in the ring.
