Can someone give me an intelegent answer as to why the hand numbing drugs Floyd uses are legal in Nevada but not anywhere else??? There must be a reason.

What if Manny agrees to the unreasonable demands from Mayweather on the condition Floyd cant have any injections in his hands for the fight.

Floyd wants Nevada rules for him and Mayweather rules for Manny.
