That's exactly what I was getting around to. You can't expect the test to be the same as they are today because they weren't even done at the time. The whole point is Holyfield did something that was not required and probably never done before at that point.
Pacquiao is willing to do the same---doing additional blood and urine tests that are NOT required by NSAC.
