Cause Pac is refusing to take a random test and the shot that Floyd takes is legal in the state he fights at so that`s not cheating.On the other hand Pac is taking roids and don`t want t a random test so he don`t get caught.

Well,Nevada comission has caught a lot of roiders.

The only thing Pacquiao could take without getting caught with these tests is EPO or a new substances non repertoried like in Molsey's case(the cream),now the cream is on the comission's list.
EPO enhances your endurance,not your size or raw power.

I believe Pacquiao don't want to take the test because:

1.Last time he was blood tested few days before a fight,he lost this fight and felt weak.

Again, Pac dont want to take the test so close to the fight because it will weaken him and effect his training for 3 days or so in his mind. WHich he cant afford in this fight of such magnitude.
Pac cant take any chances now, as too much at stake.
