Junior Witter vs Zab Judah II @ 147 - Who Wins?

The first fight, ten years ago in the year 2000, was held at the 140lbs JWW limit but Junior Witter has recently announced that he's now moving to welterweight where he intends to remain and campaign for the foreseeable future. Who would win in the rematch with the, now long-established welterweight, Zab Judah at 147?

Judah would beat him again. Junior Witter has to be one of the top 3 one of the most overhyped fighters on these boards in the last 4 years.

Witter lost a close SD to Bradley who's now widely regarded as one of the very best at 140. I think the Witter hype was deserved for the most part, he was one of the best at the weight for quite a while imo.

Bradley wasn't half the fighter then that he is now.

            Judah is finished.

Would 10 years be the most time elapsed for a rematch to occur in history?

He's definitely improved in the last 18 months or so since that fight.
