PAC is willing to give blood immediately after the fight. There is nothing anyone will find 24 hours before the fight that they will not find 5 minutes after the fight ! Think about it. And besides, urine sampling should be enough but nonetheless Pac is still willing to give blood, despite the fact that this is a new boxing rule that the mayweathers have come up with that was never ever done in boxing before.

At this moment in time, I'm inclined to say no. There's no evidence really to show that he is, except for speculation and it's not like what he's doing is the first time this has happened in boxing, there's many example of people going up in weight (Even if his performances have been spectacular). But you never know, he possibly could be, but we can't say that until either he tests positive for anything or someone from his camp (trainer, advisor, Pac himself etc.) comes out and admits it.

For now we just have to deal with speculation he is and the fact that he hasn't been tested positive for any performance enhancing drugs.
