NSAC standards have been fine for 40 of Floyds fights,

    now they're not.

If he truly felt there was a problem with testing as it is now,

he would have petitioned for the commission to help solve this "problem" instead of coming out of left field with another testing standard that has allowed cheaters to get by.

He would have petitioned for he sport as a whole to get cleaner,
not just one potential opponent, the same potential opponent who has passed every test taken.

      don't know.

all i know is pacquiao has always fought the top guys in his division.

sasakul was the #1 guy at flyweight when he fought him.

ledwaba was the #2 guy at super bantamweight when he fought him.

barrera and marquez was the #1 and #2 guys at featherweight when he fought them.

morales , barrera and marquez were all either #1 or #2 at super featherweight when he fought them.

diaz (as much crap as he gets for fighting him) was actually the #3 guy at lightweight when he fought him.

hatton was the #1 guy at super lightweight when he fought him.

cotto was the #2 guy at welterweight when he fought him.

        In comparison,

Hatton was never ranked at welter,
Marquez was never ranked at welter, or jr. welter for that matter either.

But to be fair, Baldomir was the lineal champion, lol, even Cinderella had her night, and apparently Judah, lol, who had just come off a loss to Carlos in his previous fight before taking on Floyd, was number 1 or 2.

        Even then,

that pales in comparison to the numbers you posted.

I'm wondering what Sosa, Ndou, Bruseles, Corley and Gatti were ranked?

Well, not really Gatti, we all know he was the paper champ, as Floyd was so fond of reminding us everytime he talked of that fight before it happened, but he was also a, what was it? "C" class fighter, or "D"? I don't remember, but Floyd tore him down pretty badly before the fight even happened.

It's all Pacquiaos fault, he shouldn't have beaten Cotto so bad. Floyd knew it wasn't going to happen when he saw what Pacquiao did to Cotto. As a Pacquiao fan, I blame Pacquiao for all this mess. He better take it easy on Clottey or everybody is going to start asking for a olympic style drug testing. Even Marquez who is dying for a fight Pacquiao is not pulling a Mayweather.

                Both, and this is why.

                Mayweather:
Asking Manny beyond his call of duty just because of same baseless accusations from a father that you have disputes with is beyond a joke. You're not bigger than the sport and will never be. Not mention, you're a diva and wanted nothing more than too ruin Manny's image.

                Pacquiao:
For destroying your opponents with ease. For blatatly not accepting the 14 day proposal, this is beyond brains now, now it's about not getting bend. Yes you're the pound for pound king, but stop being a diva and remember what it was like to when you were living in poverty. Oh and try to clean your name from idiots who loves nothing more than hate on your every move just because what you have shown and accomplish were others have failed.
