If Floyd Mayweather thinks he can do a better job of drug testing than the Nevada State Athletic Commision he can go suck a ****. Pac is the alpha male in this situation - he is the star, he is the draw and he is the champion. He is proving it like an alpha should as well - taking on the CRIMINALLY UNDERRATED, super dangerous Clottey while Floyd the Beta has Ellerbe lick his scrot while decided whether Malignaggi or Mathew Hatton would make the best 'come-back/tune-up/cannon-fodder' opponent.

Pacquiao is a true sportsman. He's loyal to his country, his peoples, his fans. He's not taking this fight for the moneys, he's taking the fight for the fight itself. Anyway it's not Floyds fault that the fight didn't happen, it's all Mannys fault. Manny shouldn't have beaten Cotto so bad. After Mayweather saw what manny did to Cotto, he wasn't going to get in the ring with Pacquiao. Don't laugh because if it was you you wouldn't too.

manny have agreed to do the blood test. The problem have always been the cut off date.
