            "This is beyond ridiculous" Said Arum " That was my biggest mistake (negotating random blood and urine testing), allowing any of this to happen (negotiations), we're not negotiating with these punks anymore, if Mayweather wants to fight Pacquiao down the road, He will have to go by the testing the commision asks for, if not, life moves on"

            B- B- B- BUT Pacquiao agreed to everything though. Mayweather ducked him though! Marquez was cheating though! Pacquiao a warrior though, would do anything to fight the best though.
