Pacquaio is no longer using VADA, I hope you realize that. He's only doing random drug testing through NSAC. And only Bradley used VADA, and at the same time was using NSAC.

Bradley was incorrect with the contract. He thought it was in the contract, but instead it said something like 'independent agency' or just 'random drug testing.' But it wasn't specific as to WHO would do it. That's why Arum publicly told the press that Bradley needs to re-read his contract.
