Even though all parties have agreed in principal, IF FLOYD AGREES TO THE 24 day cutoff rule then they'll fight him now...

So...If Roach in his own words...says they're still open to fighting Floyd if he says yes before they officially sign the contract...Then why can't they agree to the 14 day cut off that YOU and MOSTLY everyone else thinks is fair???
