JLC is a ATG at 135 Clottey isnt even top 3 at WW

Of course he has... it's no question that Clottey is a good fighter BUT he is not great... he made him out to be...

Clottey is skilled but he lost all of his important fights... you can give him Judah for the vacant title... if you give him Corrales then you better give Mayweather props for Marquez... he simply lacks something mentally and that's why I refuse to take him over guys like Hernandez, Castillo, Corrales etc. who all won big fights in their career and showed the mentality...

Mayweather had a great reign at 130... no ATG... but there wasn't one around... not even Clottey's life long WW resume can hold up to what he did at 130. Mayweather fought Castillo, who was the best at the time and was very, very good... his only losses were because of cuts... beat S. Johnson...

140 he beat Gatti (who is even though considered a bum a two division champion and beat guys like Ruelas)...

147 beat the last two undisputed champs at 47 back to back...

DLH at 154... no need to question DLH's accomplishments...

Hatton at 147 (and yes, Hatton has won a championship there as well)... best fighter at 140 in his prime undefeated...

Marquez... because of the weight I won't count it as a big win... but a HoF on your list is always nice...

He ain't had ATG's really around him... so he couldn't fight one... he fought about 15 champions in his career... title defenses... over a decade almost P4P... always a champion... 5 different weight classes... but hey, somebody can question that of course...

The only one in this generation who has better is Pacquiao... but he was also blessed to have guys like Morales, Barrera, Marquez in his division...

Clottey has no real footspeed and has no pop in his punches...
