i think juanma is way over hyped. i expected him to be a lot better and saw a lot of flaws in his fight with mtagwa which i thought he lost. bottom line he bitched out against caballero and i don't blame him or toprank for doing that because he would have had his ass handed to him. marquez and vazquez would both destroy him too and i bet that gamboa beats him too if they end up fighting. his boxing skills just aren't that good. -
how the hell did he lose it? he clearly outscored mtagwai think juanma is way over hyped. i expected him to be a lot better and saw a lot of flaws in his fight with mtagwa which i thought he lost. bottom line he bitched out against caballero and i don't blame him or toprank for doing that because he would have had his ass handed to him. marquez and vazquez would both destroy him too and i bet that gamboa beats him too if they end up fighting. his boxing skills just aren't that good.
unless you think that he should have been TKO'ed
just so you know, that guy that you claim would beat juanma did lose his last fight. luckily, it was in panama, so he was able to rob the guy of a well deserved points win
caballero is as drained or more drained than juanma at 122, so he'll have to move up eventuallyLast edited by fdotorres; 01-08-2010, 07:01 PM.Comment

lessons learned in his last fight. its part of the process of a projected to be a great fighter.remember he's part of a major promotion company.that said he is speaking exactly what top rank wants him to say.its business. great future at 126. mi hermano puertoriquenoComment

i had mtagwa winning on cards. regardless he hurt juanma a lot more than juanma hurt him. in the last round juanma ran to the opposite corner just so he wouldn't get knocked out. and if mtagwa had any boxing ability he would have ended him easily. and your right caballero's last fight was a joke but he still has 2 belts and was calling juanma out. juanma bitched out i don't know how you can't see it. it was a smart move by him though because he will lose to the top guys in either of those divisions.how the hell did he lose it? he clearly outscored mtagwa

4 pounds is a huge difference, not making any excuses ,I think 126 will be a lot better for him.I see hIm winning on the 23rd, an against gamboa If they ever match up but as much as l like juanma it would be tough to see him beating Chris John rite now.maybe being more experienced at 126 and John getting older, he could close the gap plus with talk that John wants to retire pretty soon.Comment

Whatever. As long as Juanma doesn't get fed Ws, I'm fine with it. Give him top fighters not bullshyte fighters, and if he wins all the power to him. I'm just tired of him fighting guys he out skills 100 to 1.Comment
