We all know what it really is with Pac and the body he has. He can compete at ww because he is that good but still could afford physically to go down if he chose to, stop trying to spin things, he is not this monster who will blow up to 160 on FN like many top wws do.

Who has Quintana beat that you can rank him ahead of Clottey? He beat Williams but then got stopped in 1 round in the rematch. Clottey arguably is undefeated. Before Williams who? Joel Julio?

Berto has on win against a top 10 WW and you can argue that he lost. Clottey clearly beat Judah who was ranked in the top 10 at the time. You can not clearly rank Berto ahead of Clottey. Please read my question correctly.
