No I don't think he would or could he get that fight made. Clottey is a TOP RANK fighter and due to the issues with the negotiations with PAC I highly doubt Uncle Bob would sign any of his fighters to get in the ring with Money at this point. If Floyd makes a fight it is going to be with a non TOP RANK promoted fighter. Would makes sense for him to fight the winner of Mosley and Berto. Mosley being a GBP promoted fighter and Berto being promoted by Dibella. I could see him in there with one of those guys or a fighter promoted by either of those promotional companies....Lefty

Just like someone posted and i forgot who it was that said floyd taking 18 months off was another way of dodging all the top ranked fighters and they fought each other and some would win and some would lose but they still fought each other while floyd sat on the sideline laughing... Floyd legacy is sht because he never took a risk...

If this fight with mayweather is not getting done then at least this is a good replacement fight. No point in wasting more time and something that is not gonna happen. If Floyd moves on and fights the winner of mosley/berto then i will give him credit for taking a tough replacement fight too! Finally floyd would be fighting a top WW!!!!

whatever,clottey best win was against judah and he headbutted him all nite long,manny will dance around him all nite long coming in and out with his speed,clottey will be a standing duck,as far as the big heart goes,manny said he doesnt yuri because of the height and weight advantages,which i can accept but hes only fighting clottey because they are both top rank fighters

floyd never took a risk???how about when he fought castillo for the 1st time he was stepping up and castiilo had knocked out 41 out of his 44 wins,so what you talking about????after that some said castillo won so he gave him a re-match,stop being such a hater
