If Pacquiao didn't have to fight the winner of Berto/Mosley, then Floyd shouldn't be expected to either. Have to be objective about that situation.

No. If Mosley-Berto is on Jan 29th then I would expect the winner would be open to fighting Mayweather in early-mid May.

Floyd needs to fight pretty much is the time frame Pac does if he is going to get a fight with Pac , Mosley and Berto are 3 wks away and they would want probably at least 4 weeks off after that , so for the winner of that fight Floyd would have to wait another 4-5 mths by the time the fight .

Mosley won't want a month off after Berto either, he's been out of the ring for too long and he wants a big fight bad.

So Mosley beats Berto and signs to fight Mayweather in early May.

If Mayweather wins it will be right around the time Manny has finished his political commitments and they can have 3 months to promote an August-Spetember super fight.
