-Test 1, before Press Conference, Randomly between 12:00 pm and 12:02 pm

-Test 2, 24 days before the fight, Randomly between 10:13 am and 10:17 am

-Test 3, After the fight, RANDOMLY between 11:48 pm and 11:49 pm...

Some PAC FANS Reasons of why PBF is ducking PAC:

- PAC's Camp has no contradictions during negotiations (LOL)

- No Lawsuits against the counterpart in order to try to negotiate the fight

- No Lies from Arum (Proven with Mediator), "Yesterday I was lying today I'm telling the truth"...

- Needle Phobia and no tattoos...

- Accepted to Tests 30 days prior to the fight, no wait 24 days just because I was caught in 24/7, no wait wasn't it 5 days(according to Roach in december)...LMAO

- No other alternate fight proposals during negotiations to ease negotiations and always want to make the fight with PBF first (defamation Paulie, too tall (1 inch difference to ODH) Foreman, and now TopRank Clottey instead of agreeing to 14 DAYS!!)
