Both are to blame to a certain extent to be honest. I just think its sad and pathetic that people are trying to blame one person just for the sake of disliking him and defending there favorite fighters. That goes for both Manny and Floyd stans, its extremely hard to find somebody with an unbiased and objective view on the situation and the people who have those views left NSB because of all the nonstop spamming that Floyd and Manny stans were doing... and the truth is, instead of doing the smart thing like mangler, reed, etc. did and just leave it, I got drawn into arguments which didn't help things.
Both are to blame, a 14 day cut off (if true) is extremely reasonable and basically meeting half way cause Manny wanted 30 days and Floyd wanted 0... so Team Pacquiao could of accepted it, but on the other hand Floyd demanding the blood tests in the first place started it, even though I think its a good idea for the sport. Both sides are equally to blame to a certain extent here.
but honestly I think Arum has been the worst (not Manny), he has handled everything wrong... I mean lying about the judge offering a 24 day cut off and saying Manny accepted it and Floyd didn't... then the judge saying he basically didn't get that involved, also saying that Haymon and Shaeffer begged him which turned out to be a lie according to team Mayweather, it basically makes you wonder what else hes been lying about... I mean for all we know Team Mayweather might have stretched the truth a little bit, but Floyd was extremely patient throughout negotiations and didn't tell the press barely anything... Arum was the one doing it, Floyd only come out and spoke when Arum started spouting bull****. What gets me the most is, I am now wondering why Arum felt the need to lie like that... felt the need to try and jump in first.
At the end of the day, talking objectively, both are to blame to a certain extent... but this forum really did prove how pro-Pacquiao it really was when as soon as Arum spoke nearly everyone ran with it and started pointing the finger without listening to both sides of the story... at least this might have taught people to not believe the first thing said and to at least listen to what bot sides have to say.
Once again, sorry for the rant... but thats JMO.
