Hey man, i'm not on FB anymore, what other ways do i have of keeping upto date with your shows? I am in England so can't always listen live. Do you always post it up in NSB? I don't often come in here anymore because of the spamming.

I always post threads on my shows. Also you can create your own account on talk shoe and click the top left hand corner of my page to follow. In the UK on Tuesday morning the podcast will be available for download. You can download them on tuesdays. After this month is over I might change it up and do 2 shows a month with specials if there is enough to talk about. I think we had alot to talk about with all the circus sharades flying around in boxing but now that things are starting to cool off a little bit I don't want to beat a dead horse.
