So what's the logic here? If Floyd really wanted to clean the sport why only now? Because he can't believe Pac is too good to be true? Believe me, if the tables are turned, i.e., Pac demanding Olympic style testing, you're all over him. But he won't, I'm sure.Comment

Not siding with Floyd's motives simply the consequences of his actions and Pac's if they take the tests, which is hopefully better testing from now on in the sport.
Why do you assume if it was the other way round i wouldn't support it. Do you have to be either a Pac stan or ***** on this board. I just love boxing.Comment

Can you elaborate on this ?A year ago the title would be reversed. It seemed we had a warrior willing to take on all fights, even moving up to do so (despite catchweights). On the other hand we had a fighter who didn't like challenges despite he rather obvious talent and he returned to fight a 37 year old light weight (though he was the man who beat Manny twice IMO). It was clear who the boxing fan should love.
DRUGS.DRUGS.DRUGS.
The drug tests in boxing are absolutely inept. Only the ****** get caught and as history has shown us boxers aren't ******. It took jail time for Mosley to admit use, no one else is pressured like that. Drug cheats are everywhere.
So when Floyd Mayweather asked for Olympic style tests, how the boxing fan must have been relieved. The biggest fight in history was going to pave the way for stricter testing throughout the sport. But boxing hero refused the testing and accuses of needlephobia and mental problems emerged. He just didnt want them.
Arthur Abraham takes Olympic style testing leading upto every fight. He doesnt seem weak.
Boxing fans are for drug testing, let the fanboys cry.
I think it's rather obvious.
Don't you agree?Comment

I'm just saying let's cut this "clean up the sport" crap. Who are we kidding? If Floyd really wanted the fight he would not have introduced this ******, ridiculous, unprecedented rules in boxing. I bet you that he will not be as enthusiastic "cleaning up the sport" when he faces other opponents. I'm mad as hell for not seeing a fight like this. I have concluded that Floyd really didn't want it in the first place. I feel sorry for him. He's coming out now to save face. Not siding with Floyd's motives simply the consequences of his actions and Pac's if they take the tests, which is hopefully better testing from now on in the sport.
