here we go again... you only believe what you want to believe... Pac did not refuse... He was willing to be tested on certain terms... Again, did not refuse.

Okay, so if an officer makes a traffic stop because he thinks you are driving while under the influence of narcotics or alcohol, do you get to name the time or kind of test you take?

1-If Mayweather suspects that Pacquiao is on something that can't be detected by boxing's current drug testing policy, then he should request more stringent testing. Mayweather even conceded on insisting that the tests be administered by the USADA. Team Mayweather was willing to sit down with Team Pacquiao to come to an agreement on who would be ion charge of administering the tests. You say that he hasn't compromised, and that kind of tips your hand. Mayweather has definitely compromised.

I never said Mayweathers team hadn't compromised at all, I was merely stating that one both sides, more compromise needs to be made. As if they were both willing to compromise, then this would be finalised already. The problem being is that these su****ions are unfounded and are not based on anything other than hearsay.

2- Pacquiao and his team have done more to make himself look like a guilty party than team Mayweather could ever do. That frivolous defamation lawsuit was filed just to save face, and it's going to be thrown out of court. You can't sue someone for having an opinion. Nobody has ever said that they have proof or no for sure that Pacquiao is on something. You can't blame Mayweather for having the opinion that Pacquiao could possibly be using PEDs. Malignaggi came flat out and said that he believes that Pacquiao is dirty(something Mayweather himself has never done), yet he isn't being sued. What does that tell you? He's just trying to save face in the public eye with that BS lawsuit. Same thing Roger Clemens did.

I doubt it's going to be thrown out of court, and you can be sued for having an opinion, it's called defamation. They are showing Pacquiao to be in a negative light, which in court, Pacquiao can prove that he is free from anything from previous testing. And of course no one has said they have proof or they know for sure that Pacquiao is on something, that is because there is no proof. And you can't ask me why he's not suing Malignaggi isn't being sued, as I am not him. Maybe because Malignaggi doesn't have that strong of a voice or opinion within the media in the same way that Mayweather and GBP have.

3- Look man, it's perfectly fair for Mayweather to request more stringent drug testing that he is willing to submit to himself for this fight. He doesn't need proof that Pacquiao has used PEDs to make this request. What kind of assbackwards logic is that anyway? Pacquiao is already subjected to drug tests. So if you think that it's wrong to demand fighters to subject themselves to drug tests without proof that they're cheating, then you should be against all drug testing across the board. You can't catch cheaters unless you know......you try to catch them. This is common sense man. The idea that Mayweather is wrong for requesting stricter drug testing because Pacquiao has never failed a test is silly.

The problem being is that, as you said, there are already drug testing in place. It's not like there is none already and everyone is complaining that Mayweather wants some. Pacquiao has agreed, to some extent, about the stricter drug testing, with unlimited random urine tests and random blood tests to particular time frame. It's not the stricter testing that is the problem, it's the time frames in which is the problem.
Read the bolded above. Now it makes me look like I'm trying to defend Pacquiao over the top, but that is just because you are placing all of the blame on Pacquiao, rather on both parties. I even admitted that Pacquiao is more to blame than Mayweather in my previous post, but to have the entire blame on Pac is bias really.

What's the point of addressing the thread if the person who is asking already made up his mind? You'll just repeat what you have said anyway so what's the point? You're just showing how frustrated you are that you can't get any reaction from the posters you mentioned. LOL.
