Roach: "If they give me a 5 DAY WINDOW...."

1. Agree to disagree.Point 1. Obviously the camp hasn't heard everything.
Point 2. The car analogy was used as an example to not show your full hand at the beginning of the game. Not compare a 50k car to a 40mill purse.
Point 3. Maybe it shouldnt have gotten to this, but it has. On top of that, Arum and Pac were willing to negotiate the blood testing. If they had a problem with it, they should have refused from day 1.
Point 4. Floyd NEVER went over 147lbs in a welterweight fight. The penalty they have placed is if Floyd goes over 147lbs in their ww fight, which he has never done in his career. So there is no credibility that Floyd would go over the welterweight limit.
2. I know it was analogy. With this amount of money on the table there just shouldnt be negotiations like this period. This much money + public demand should have simplified everything, not complicate.
3. They did refuse initially. Then they agreed to the 3 tests. Then **** hit the fan.
4. The point is Floyd made NO effort to make 144. Restrucuted his contract with marquez 2 days prior to the fight. Who's to say he's going to make an effort to come in at 147? Contingency plan. It's not that Mayweather can't make 147, it's what if he deliberatly comes in heavier.Comment

Are you dense? Are you talking about the same Manny Pacquiao who on countless occasions says he leaves all that stuff up to his promoter?Comment

You would think by using PEDs in the last 7 days he wouldnt push himself but be ready to unleash on fight night? I would think PED's would change the whole dynamic of training camp.As I already explained, nobody is taking PEDs a week before fight time, because you are winding down training camp. You are not pushing yourself in training during fight week. If you noticed I took off 7 days for both the 14 day compromise and the 24 day compromise.
He offered 14 days to just get the fight done. Credit to him.
make a sentence. if you're gonna copy reed's posts atleast input your own opinion on some level. ill continue talking to reed, thanks.no basicaly its if he is using he cant until 14 days untill the fight pretty much
thats all the hard part of the traing camp done so its just wind down part of the camp where he wont be tested 14 days is a real compromise not no freakin 30 to 24 lol 6 days u *******s are talking 48 hours ..take the 14 days pacComment

With the amount of money on the table.. full negotiations is nothing less than absolutely understandable.
But they didnt refuse initially... the contracts had been given to Arum from day 1, and he never mentioned the testing until a few weeks ago when it had been there the entire time.3. They did refuse initially. Then they agreed to the 3 tests. Then **** hit the fan.
Well first of all, he still has never come in over 147lbs for a welterweight fight. Second of all, even if he did come in over the contractual weight agreement, which has been done before plenty of time in boxing... has anyone else.... EVER.... EVER... been made to sign a 10 million dollar penalty clause? EVER?4.

Well every other fighter in the sport winds down on fight week, otherwise come fight time your body will be over worked. You would use PEDs during your training camp to enhance the work you are putting in. You are not putting in that same work on fight week so really, it would be pointless to use it at that point.
You just aren't killing yourself in the gym a week before fight time.. you just aren't...
make a sentence. if you're gonna copy reed's posts atleast input your own opinion on some level. ill continue talking to reed, thanks.

i dont get it mate, they keep owning themselves and floyd haters are still trying to blame him, even now after hes gone infront of the world and said ill gice you a 14 day cut off period, what else do they want?say what you want i call that a DUCK.how did this statement get lost? Team Mayweather should bring this back up...once again, Team Pac's OWN words are killing them. They crying about a 30 day cutoff, but LOOK at this statement from Roach from December 23, 2009 by the Associated Press
Floyd is offering 9 MORE days with the 14, so this should be accepted....right???Comment
