I just read this story about Bertil Fox, a former bodybuilding champion. he had a welterweight champion boxer that trained at the same gym punch him. Fox was in his absolute heaviest off season, and since he was a bully type, and quite arrogant in the gym from time to time, he was pissed on this boxer that he thought got in his way. they got into a confrontation, that ended with Fox letting the boxer work his muscular body without gloves for a minute or so. the guy threw his hardest punches on Fox like he was a sandbag[only his torso and arms, not his head of course.] but they just bounced of Fox's muscles. Fox then just laughed at the completely worn out guy, lifted him up, used him as a dumb bell and threw him out of the gym. this happened in the mid 1980's. this got me thinking how many heavyweight boxers could do this? i'm guessing not many, but then again this guy was a bodybuilder.

wow what a hard man, lets a 147pounder punch his body, bet he wouldn't have been smiling if he hit him in the face or if it was someone who weighed 180 or soComment
