Pacquiao-Mayweather Arbitrator Says Both Sides Have Lied about Arbitration

All right, he didn't use the word "lie" but he might as well have.

In a rebuke to both the Pacquiao and Mayweather camps, Judge Daniel Weinstein has issued a Corrective Order to clear up what he claims is "misinformation" about the process and outcome of the arbitration just completed on Wednesday.

(UPDATE: MAYWEATHER SAYS "I WANT TO WHIP HIS PUNK ASS" IN PRESS RELEASE)

The basis of the press release is to correct facts that aren't true. Weinstein's statement claims that:

"The parties and their representatives authorized that, if misinformation was disclosed to the press by either side, the Mediator would correct any erroneous information.

The Judge lists the following as corrections:

Both parties participated in the mediation in good faith. Both parties participated in many hours of negotiation, with a number of proposals issued by each side and carefully considered by the parties and their representatives.

The Mediator himself did not formulate, recommend or issue a Mediator's Proposal. The Mediator did not make an evaluation or finding that any one of the many proposals considered by the parties was the correct protocol.

Any attempt to characterize the mediation process as an acceptance or rejection by any of the parties of a mediator's or an arbiter's proposal or of any specific proposal is false

In the end, the parties could not agree on a testing protocol acceptable to all.

THE BOTTOM LINE: the Judge didn't recommend a blood testing protocol, didn't endorse one and neither side accepted or rejected any one particular proposal. He was there as a messenger and counselor, not to take a position that one side's arguments were better than the other.

Judge Daniel Weinstein didn't recommend a blood testing protocol, didn't endorse one, and neither side accepted or rejected any one particular proposal.

Old story. It's already been made clear that Pacquiao's promter was the one who lied and the judge acknowledged it.. All this huffington post so called "writer did here was add Mayweather's teams name to an old story. Huffington post? Pathetic.

What garbage, when all that mattered was if the fight is on or off, nothing more.

where did you read that the mediator said Pac's camp was the only one who lied on the mediation? it was the writer's interpretation coz i think the writer was on GBP's payroll. was this the link that u are refering to: http://www.boxingscene.com/?m=show&id=24552

coz if you read it entirely, mediator did not say that it was only Pac's camp that lied. what i posted is another interpretation of another writer. But this writer is more neutral.

I dont know if you can read or not, but it said....and I qoute:

"In a rebuke to both the Pacquiao and Mayweather camps, Judge Daniel Weinstein has issued a Corrective Order to clear up what he claims is "misinformation" about the process and outcome of the arbitration just completed on Wednesday."

Ellebre, Arum and Floyd are liars. The judge said Arum lied about the Judge proposing 24 days cut off thing which was in fact wasnt his job thus no proposal made by his side. Not once did he (the judge) deny the rumors that Mayweather rejected the proposal and that GBP representatives begged him to reconcider.

considering that Mayweathers statement came out AFTER the judge released his statement, the article has made an error. Disagree or agree?

it doesnt change the fact that all of them lied. floyd accept the 24 day proposal now or be crucified a coward.

What? The article has made an error and I just explained it to you.

                    3. The parties and their representatives authorized that, if misinformation was disclosed to the press by either side, the Mediator would correct any erroneous information."

That was BEFORE Mayweather made his statement. Now if Floyd were lying, today we will see if he is.

Nowhere has it been made clear Mayeather was lying.
