I read somewhere that pacquiao had to lie about his age in order to fight. It could mean he was actually 16 when he fought that fight. He sure looks like it. I also read that he "cheated" during weigh in. By cheated, he put weights in his pockets in order to tip the scales and make weight. Can someone confirm?
