What dont some of you understand the offer is on the table now, whether it was 2 weeks ago, last week, or whenever, as of today the offer was made public, and Arum just blows it off.

Is floyd bigger than NASC? Do floyd make up the rules in boxing? So why do Pac have to take a test that Floyd is pulling out his ass rather than take the test that the NASC has set in place for all fighters?!?!?!?! Floyd dont run ****! Floyd was just trying to save face with those comments yesterday... Since he knows everyone's blamming him for this *** up... I mean anyone who's been paying attenion to all this bull****, knows that Pacquiao was willing to agree to a 24-day cut off. A 14-day cut off is an even better offer then the 24-day cut off. So right there something ant right. Floyd is lying his ass off (IMO). I mean it makes no sense for Pacquiao to turn that down when he was willing to go with a 24-day cut off initially (which was rejected by floyd). As far as I'm concern: Manny tried to make this fight happen... I mean he was willing to Initially agree to 3 blood test, unlimit urine test all the way leading up to the fight, and that wasn't good enough. He then said will make it happen with a 24-day cut off, and it still wasn't good enough. Now after the fight is off Floyd is going to bull**** and say that he said 14-day cut off after the fact...when everyone knows Manny was willing to go with a 24-day cutoff initially? Come on man someones lying there ass off, and I gotta feeling it's duckweather. Cause I ant buying the bull**** that's coming out that mother's ***ers mouth. I mean that don't even make sense Manny turning a 14-day cut off down when he was willing to go with a 24-day cut off...come on man...Jr needs to come up with a better bull**** story then that.
