This isn't court, and Manny shouldn't be dealt the burden of proof. Whatever his reasons are, that's his business, and the fact is that both sides have to agree.

If they don't, then no fight.

I just see it that Pacs trying to show Floyd he dont run **** and he dont call the shots. Pac said he would agree to type of blood test the NSAC wants so he aint on anything.
