is floyd asking for additional test on pac a right move?

if not why? honestly is it needed? really? this is the reason why the fight wont happen.. any thoughts?

or would it be fair if floyd didnt asked for these additional test and agreed on just the NSAC test?

This **** is old news. Floyd and Pac are wayyy past the "why test me?" ****.

Whats holding up this fight is the CUT OFF DATE.

    NOTHING else matters.
