Well, to begin with, The Ring title is not the same as the lineal title. The lineal champ is not always The Ring champ.

You lose the belt three ways: you lose a title fight, you retire, or you relinquish/move up. For example, The Ring editor wrote an article in which he explained that Joe Calzaghe had e-mailed him after the Hopkins fight, and told him he could no longer make 168 and was vacating the title. Israel Vazquez did something similar with the super bantamweight title.

Bradley at 140 would be great, but malignaggi, the same guy who got his face rearranged by cotto at 140, and got TKOed by hatton? He also got a gift against an unknown south African. Paul would not be competitive at all. Paul does well against guys with no punch, but if he faces a guy with power, he freezes up, and just holds on all night.

He is not worthless, but anyone thinking Pac is not going to win this even easier then Cotto is playing there self. All Clottey does is stand there stationary, coming forward all night in straight lines, gives no angles, gets tired easy... goes into his peek a boo stance and does not throw much.

Fuck anything thats not Floyd vs Pac. And that goes for Mayweather too.

Clottey is a top WW, the kind that PBF would never take on. In fact, seeing liitle guy Pacquaio carrying on campaigning against genuine WWs must be kind of embarrassing for Floyd.

              This is a good fight.

                No problem.

I think he can too, but I just think if he's not going to defend it, let the guys like Bradley, Alexander, etc. go after it.

Clottey is not an easy fight for anyone and though he would be out pointed by Pac only because Clottey doesn't open up and throw, there is no way Pac would stop him because of his excellent chin and high guard.

Clottey throwing punches easily beats Margarito, with a bit of a struggle beats Cotto, and could out point Pac.
