PBF v Arum - who is correct and telling the facts?

First off there were reports that said Mayweather made a counter offer of 14 days, sounds fair but is it true? or is he typing this now to save face? On the other side Arum made claim that the judge proposed a 24 days cut off and everyone including GBP agreed except Mayweather....

So who's right? people from GBP are trying to send reports of the judge claimed false report from Arums side...

For me, I wouldnt belive either side. Arum has a history of being a **** while Floyd is just trying to save his small and declining fanbase...

What do you think? Who's right and who's wrong?

Oh and dont forget, articles claiming their sources said Mayweather didnt agree. While the 14 day thing is only from Mayweather's mouth.

One of them might be telling the truth or just lying

Floyd says he made a counter offer 14 days, but there is no one backing him, no early reports.

While arum says Floyd backed down, but the judge frome the mediator said arum is spreading lies.

      Damn Im confused...

Or both of them could be lying, and trying to put the blame on someone else other than themself.

I'm going to believe Mayweather instead of Manny, Roach, and Arum because Team Pacquiao has a history of lying and making excuses.

Prove to us Mayweather is lying about anything he said.
