Either way, good job for him stepping up as this will probably make the fight happen.
That's my take on it. Neither side has really withheld anything. So if 14 days was offered BEFORE the mediation, we surely wouldve heard about it. So this really makes me question Mayweather. It's like Pac wanted 30 then agreed to 24, now May counters with 14. What if PacquiO accepts? Then what?

PACMAN is guilty as hell! 14 days for 40 million.

Pac is thinking if he gets caught it will crush his fans and the people of the Philippines.

He is thinking 40 million is not worth hurting his people and country.

PACMAN is all they have right now. He doesn’t want them to know he let them down by being on the juice.

He already let them down by not making this fight happen and running from a blood test.

14 days is more than fair. Even 7 days is acceptable.

The problem with Pacquiao's large entourage is all of them are probably just butt lickers and yes men who doesn't really give a damn about him except his money. There was probably no one near him who disagrees with him or gives him another viewpoint to think about. Or it's possible that success has finally gotten into his head that he no longer entertains other points of view. Either way, it's not looking good for Pac to not make this fight happen because of a simple blood test.

Mayweather wants this fight-I believe Pacquiao's team have been lying to the public using EVERY excuse under the sun, from needle and blood phobias, superstitions, etc. This all may be pre-fight hype building it up.14 days is a proper compromise-how the hell will this weaken him before the fight???? If the fight isn't made,it is because Manny doesn't want it.What does he want-a trilogy with Marquez- the man who kicked his arse 2 times, but now wants to fight him at a catchweight-thats the same thing Pac-fans have been insulting Floyd for.I never thought I would say Mayweather is more honest and brave than Pacquiao, but I'm thinking this now.
