I cannot really be bothered to read through this thread, but I guess any cut-off date they agree upon is fair for the both of them in the sense that it gives a level playingfield. But it also is a clear invitation to juice after the date of cut-off has been reached.

So we would not have been looking at a definete clean fight here. That would crave no cut-off at all and random testing all the way through.

To tell you the blatant truth I've lost interest as soon as the fight fell through. Lot's of other stuff more interesting I'd say.
