PBF has a history of fights not being made with him, so anyone would blame him.
Pac on the other hand has a history of taking on all comers and no problem negotiating fights with all names in their chosen weights.
No one in history has accepted random olympic testing so why do people say all Pac had to do was.........
There is no evidence anyone would just agree to random olympic testing because no one ever has done, and no one has been asked to by their opponent. So it is all Floyds fault. -
