The hangup here is random testing. Pac has never agreed to random testing in any form. He wants to know exactly when the tests will be conducted. That is not random testing and that is the reason why this fight isn't being made.

If the Pacman is using steroids, it will be detected through urine and bloodtests before and after the fight. Manny cannot escape not being caught. The Scientists involved in the negotiations had assured Floyd of this.

Now with this assurance, why is Pretty Boy still hesistant to fight the Pacman? This raises the question that 'Lil Floyd is indeed afraid to take on tough opposition. He's been bashed on this before and now it seems that his refusal to accept this fight reinforces that notion. JAT

Lady Fan, I am not a Mayweather associate nor am I fan of his. I can't stand the prick, to be honest. I am a hard core boxing fan, though, and I want to know why Pacroid doesn't take the mother****ing tests if he is indeed clean? After all, he is a "humble warrior" who shouldn't mind setting a new precedent in an attempt to further clean up the sport which has made him a wealthy man beyond any of our wildest dreams right? Hasn't boxing given so much to him and to his people in terms of pride and recognition to where he could use his "legendary" stature and position atop our beloved sport to raise the bar when it comes to fair play?
