Why does Pac need a 24 day cut off period? I could understand maybe 2 or 3 days before the fight if he really thinks the blood tests will drain him. Im not sure if he's using PED'S or not but it seems kinda funny that he wants to know exactly when the random testing will end.

You guys are wrong. Pac agreed to unlimited random urine testing without cut off date. Blood testing is done 3 times in 2 months. Even in Olympics theres only 5 blood testing within 4 years.

Arum just said Pac wanted to cut off testing 24 days before the, I read it on this site. Im sure both fighters have their own reasons for not agreeing to the terms that were on the table.

I really dont care to see Pac/Foreman, but all would be forgiven if he stepped up and fought a tough young fighter like Bradley, no catch weight bull**** though. If Mayweather fights Mosley people will forgive and forget.
