Random without cut off date means that blood testing can also be done at any round of the fight. There should be a cut off date.

Sure thing, Would it be blood or urine?

Urine test can now detect HGH, EPO and PED's according to USADA..

You dumbass *****s that don't understand that Manny does not want random blood testing and he didn't have to do any blood test at all in the first place. First of all, blood test is not required by the Nevada commission, only urine. Floyd demanded a blood test, Manny compromised and said he would do a blood test. Floyd wants random, Manny compromised and said he'll do a blood test before the press conference, 30 days before the fight, and one right after the fight. Manny again compromised and made it 24 days before the fight due to the fact that he did a blood test 24 days before the Hatton fight that Floyd's camp brought up. So who doesn't get it now.

Dont think they understand english very much.
Funny how you edited your post. You mentioned about lack of education, how ironic that both Mayweather Sr. and Jr. is lacking education and you have the nerve to insult Filipinos lacking education.

You're a jackass. Blood test is not required by the Nevada commission you dumb ****, therefore by Manny agreeing to a blood test, Manny compromised. The standard test is and always have been urine test only, that Floyd himself have been doing througout his whole career and have depended on it, believed in it, and relied on it. Man you're ****ing ******.

I read that Manny dropped out of school in the 3rd grade. That would explain why he thinks a teaspoon of blood would weaken him.

Mayweather is willing to take random testing.

Pac's refusal just confirms what is going on.

that confirms nothing. theres a rumour that floyd has aids does his refusal to take tests make him H.I.V positive? what pac offered is still tougher than any current testing yet floyd bailed out.
