Why should i mention it in my post??? You jump on anything that says Mayweather but keep quiet when its the opposite!!! I have alot of respect for you when it comes to other thing in boxing expect for Mayweather, I would have thought Mayweather did some nasty things with someone close in your heart of something.

Floyd has never, ever, ever ,ever ever, asked for any extra testing demands in his previous 40 fights.

it has to come with stipulations?

All Pac had to do is say yes, Am a top athlete and the world and my opponenst deserve to know that am clean and boom "Mayweather cant get out" of the fight, Refusing a test is ducking a fight and hiding something to me.

ricky hatton called floyd out after his fight and marquez called floyd out after his fight so they wanted to fight floyd so why should floyd come down in weight when it was them who wanted to fight floyd unlike pac who was the one who wanted to fight cotto yet made him fight at a catch weight and he was also the one that wanted the rematch with morales yet morales had to come down in weight to fight pac

Pac definately made it easy for him, it just looks shady to not agree with random drug testing later than 24 days before a fight...I don't think Floyd had that much foresight.
