If PBF plans to start his own boxing commission and invent his own rules, then let him fight a weaker opponent in the junior welter, and exempt themselves from his own invented rules.

What's age have to do with anything? How about, old enough to at least question something that doesn't sound or feel right. Honestly there are many great people in this world that are afraid or uncofortable doing things, but do them anyway. Manny should be no different

Plus phycologically it will effect Pac as well and that is just as important. Some people dont have sex before a fight. Some people have superstitions and put their left glove on first all the time to give them phycological edge.
Sex is hardly going to effect your performance but some people think it will weaken you as well.

Pac might not be effected as much now that he dont struggle to make weight.
It probably effected him before because he was struggling to make weight. Now he is scarred mentally. But having blood drawn might not be so bad now, that he can eat everything. Just a thought.
