ofcourse they did, this is the biggest money fight in history and they want a piece of that cash. floyd on the other hand isnt too keen on getting in the ring risking his health against a guy he suspects is juicing. if pac agreed to random testing it would be all good but we all know he refused, we can only speculate on why.
