If random blood tests become standard in boxing will Pacquiao quit?

        *Pacquiao. Put the * on his name untill he proves he will take these random tests. As a *Pacquiao fan Im dissapointed that the only reason he isn't cementing his legacy is over a drug test.

                  The only problem is that these random blood tests have never—yes that's right—never found Human Growth Hormone in any Olympic athlete that has ever been tested.
