You people don't really believe this **** about the fight being off do you?

Wake up folks, its called PR.
This fight is happening, maybe not in March because there's not enough time, but its happening in 2010.

Don't believe the hype. The promoters and HBO are just playing tricks on you.
schaefer and haymon begged floyd to sign the mediated proposal, but floyd still ducked the fight. he never wanted it.

I definitely don't believe HBO had anything at all whatsoever to do with steroid allegations.. it stemmed from Mayweather SR.. and the family obviously had conversations about it... I can hear SR going to JR "Don't take that fight without testing, don't take it without it".

I think the fight being on, and off, and on.. is not a PR stunt... it is related to the steroid allegations and blood testing. Neither side is willing to give into the other side, this is more ego than PR.

I DO think the fight will happen... but all this news recently, I don't believe is a stunt, I think these are legit problems. I mean why go through a 2 day 9+ hour mediation process with a judge, only to after all the previous negotiations, and then these latest negotiations come back and say "The fight is still off".. At this point, there is no stunt being pulled... they just can't come to an agreement right now.

I don't believe it. Floyd is ******, but he can't possibly be that ******.

If he really walks away from a career FW midget where he is poised to clean up, then he really is a *****.

        Seriously, a *****.

I think it's safe to say Pac is no FW anymore than James Toney is a supermiddleweight. I agree, he's an idiot... especially for not willing to accept 24 days random blood testing before the fight. However, like I said, these are real problems..

Its possible, but I never thought Sr. was that smart. Maybe he is.

The reason I think it is because its being done so publicly. In real negotiations, stuff is always kept private until the deal is reached. In boxing, they are always used to hype the fight, so I take it all w/ a grain of salt.

I think this is all bait designed to keep us talking about the fight on the boards 24/7 , just like were doing now.

Where is your proof that they begged him?

Why do you think Floyd should have accepted that? Thats more then enough time to take Peds. A better cut off is 7 Days before the fight. Not 24. No way Floyd was going to accept that. Why does Pac need 24 Days with no testsing..oh because it will weaken him.

Well, the reason it's in the media so much is because of the magnitude of the fight. Everyone wants to see it, everyone wants to hear about it, everyone wants it to happen.. so that's where the media is going to stress their attention.

I think it will happen later this year, but honestly.. both sides are going to need to budge, and if they don't... then it's probably not going to happen at all then.

                    What a SHAM.
